By creating an account or using Droppost (droppost.net), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please don’t use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You promise that all details you provide are accurate and current.
Droppost lets you connect your social‑media accounts, plan and schedule posts, collaborate with your team, and view analytics.
Only connect accounts you control and are authorized to access.
Keep your login info secure. Let us know immediately if your credentials are compromised.
Follow social‑media platform rules and applicable laws.
You must have rights to all content you post; you must not post illegal, offensive, or infringing material.
If Droppost loses access to a connected profile (e.g. due to a changed password or platform issue), You’re responsible for reconnecting it. We aren’t liable for missed posts. We’ll attempt to reschedule once connection is restored.
If your plan includes approval workflows (e.g. team review of posts before publishing), you agree to review content regularly. We may continue posting based on the last approved items unless you cancel service.
You retain ownership of everything you upload or post.
By using Droppost, you grant us a limited, revocable license to use your content solely to run and improve the service.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees are billed as agreed after signup.
Trial periods, cancellations, refunds (if any), and late‑payment consequences are described during signup. Any specific commitment durations or refund policies you consent to at signup apply.
Your subscription lasts until canceled by either party.
You can cancel at any time (per plan rules).
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Droppost is not responsible for:
Interruptions due to platform outages or force majeure events,
Missed or delayed posts due to third‑party API issues,
Any indirect, consequential, or lost‑profit damages.
Our liability will never exceed fees you’ve paid in the preceding month.
We treat your business data, login credentials, analytics, and strategy as confidential. We won’t share it with third parties without your consent, unless legally required.
You agree not to misuse Droppost or disrupt its operation. Prohibited activity includes:
Reverse‑engineering our platform,
Overloading our systems,
Impersonating others,
Scraping or unauthorized data extraction,
Posting harmful, illegal, or hateful content.
We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll inform you before making major changes. Continued use after changes means you agree to them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction (or if global, of our registered location) and any dispute will be resolved in courts located there.
We may send emails about updates, billing, or service changes. Make sure your contact info is up to date.
